Στο νοσοκομείο για εξετάσεις μεταφέρθηκε η Βρετανή τραγουδίστρια της σόουλ, Είμι Γουάινχαουζ [Amy Winehouse], μετά από λιποθυμικό επεισόδιο που είχε σήμερα στο σπίτι της, ανακοίνωσε η υπεύθυνη δημοσίων σχέσεών της. Την τραγουδίστρια μετέφερε στο νοσοκομείο ο πατέρας της.
«Η Ειμι βρισκόταν στο σπίτι της το μεσημέρι όταν έχασε για λίγο τις αισθήσεις της. Ευτυχώς, εκεί ήταν και ο βοηθός του μάνατζέρ της που την βοήθησε να μην πέσει», δήλωσε η υπεύθυνη δημοσίων σχέσεων της τραγουδίστριας, Τρέισι Μίλερ.
«Συνήλθε γρήγορα και ο πατέρας της, Μιτς, την μετέφερε προληπτικά στο νοσοκομείο. Οι γιατροί δεν είναι βέβαιοι για το τι προκάλεσε το επεισόδιο και αυτή τη στιγμή η Ειμι υποβάλλεται σε εξετάσεις. Μπορεί να παραμείνει και το βράδυ για παρακολούθηση», πρόσθεσε η ίδια.
Η 24χρονη βραβευμένη με Γκράμι τραγουδίστρια και τραγουδοποιός αντιμετώπισε στο παρελθόν προβλήματα με ναρκωτικές ουσίες και η προσωπική της ζωή έχει συγκεντρώσει πολλές φορές το ενδιαφέρον των ΜΜΕ.
Ο σύζυγός της, Μπλέικ Φίλντερ-Σίβιλ, δήλωσε ένοχος αυτό τον μήνα για τον ξυλοδαρμό ενός μπάρμαν και για συγκάλυψη με στόχο την παρακώλυση της δικαιοσύνης επειδή επιχείρησε να τον δωροδοκήσει προκειμένου να μην καταθέσει εναντίον του.
